Aromatherapy: Young Living Essential Oils are made from plants. They naturally help to healing , to enhance relaxation, stimulate the body systems, or in the use of skin conditions.

Ear Candling: A method for ear wax removal and sinus conditions. A hollow paraffin tube is placed in the ear with careful supervision. The heat from the candle creates a vacuum which allows the heat to melt ear wax and allow it to rise and be removed from the ear.

Hot Stone Massage: Hot stones are used in various ways to enhance the massage experience. They are used for relaxation and injury recovery. Massage is also done using the stones or without the stones.

Kinesiology: The science dealing with interrelational physiological processes and anatomy of the human body with respect to movement.

Lomi Lomi: (Hawaiian Shamanic/Temple Bodywork)

"Lomi Lomi Nui" or "Ke Ala Hoku".....'pathway to the stars', is a Hawaiian Shamanic Massage that works on all levels of the 'being'. The bodywork is given in long, flowing, dancing, wave-like strokes while creating a feeling of 'rebirth'. This type of bodywork assists the body, mind and spirit to release and accept unconditional love awakening to divine self. The massage itself works with divine spirit and unlike other massage forms it 'runs' the body bi-laterally addressing endocrine/spiritual centers.
'Temple Lomi Lomi' is not a massage to be taken 'lightly'. The Huna energy with this work is very deep, very 'Hot' as well as very enlightening. The massage is approximately 2 hours long and pre-counseling is required.

Neuromuscular Massage: Specific massage technique which utilizes trigger point therapy and deep tissue work. This is specifically for individuals with chronic pains and injury recovery.

Polarity Therapy: The art and science of stimulating and balancing the flow of life energy within the human being. The term Polarity relates to one of the fundamental laws of nature, namely the attraction and union of opposites through a balanced middle point.

The human body is an energy system like a battery or magnet. It has positive, negative and neuter poles and currents of energy that flow through them. Polarity Therapy concerns itself with the flow of a very subtle high-frequency energy which in the East is called prana or chi, but which is perhaps best referred to in this context as life-energy. Maybe we should add Reflexology definition:

Pranic Breath: (cyclical breathing,) is the breath of the ancient Pharaohs of Egypt. Prana means life force, no different from Manna or Chi. This breath connects us easily to our own Divine guidance and essence of life-force flow within us. Included in this meditation is attunement of the Chakras/the energy centers. This work is the breath of the "light" worker, and is a powerful healing tool.

Reflexology: The application of pressure, stretch and movement to the feet and hands to effect corresponding parts of the body. Reflexologists view the feet and hands as a mirror image of the body. By applying technique a reflexologist can break up patterns of stress in other parts of the body.

Reiki:  The word itself means "universal life force". Reiki is a Japanese form of stress reduction, and relaxation that also promotes healing. The session is done with the client clothed, while the practitioner uses certain hand placements to allow the subtle, healing energy to flow.
